Kraft Singles are real cheese, just like Velveeta is real cheese... not what
I'd call gourmet but it is real cheese. Bordens, etal. make two types, the
real one and the fake one (read the labels). The price will tell you which is
real cheese, Kraft Singles, for what they are, are not inexpensive.
