Well this one isn't from scratch, but it was the first recipe I ever
made after I moved away to college. It's still better than most baked
beans I get at any restarant. Simple enough for any college student to
make.

15 oz can Van Camps Pork and Beans
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tbl mollasses
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of onion powder

Drain off excess juice from can of beans. Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in 350 oven for 30 minutes or on top of stove at medium heat until
juice is reduced and thickened.
