Proved to be a big hit on Christmas Day.

It was the "Irresistable Irish Soda Bread.

Made it the day before, and when it first came out it smelt 'wrong', but I
persisted, wrapped it in foil and at Christmas lunch it was *delicious!!

Will be doing it on a regular basis from now on, next one is going to be
the 'Morning Bread' with some fruit in it.
