I never thought of getting the chillies already grounded. I got a Magic
Chef blender recently and so it worked out well. Before I only had a
hand blender (Hamilton Beach) and so whenever I tried to make a paste
of anything, I couldn't really do it. So this is my 1st time trying
papaya salad.
