Fred, this is my granola. Just leave out the baking step and the
almond oil and maple syrup. It's very tasty. Add/subtract ingreds at
will! You might want to whirl the oatmeal in the FP or blender.

Tammy's Granola

Oatmeal - 3 cups ish
Sesame seeds ½ cup-ish
Coconut - ½ cup ish
Wheat germ - whatever looks good
Oat Bran - whatever looks good
Pumpkin seeds - 1 cup? (or equal amt nuts)
Almond oil - ½ cup ish (canola oil ok)
Maple syrup - generous!
Salt - ½ teasp ish

Oven to 260. Lightly spray jelly roll pan with nonstick spray.
Evenly spread granola over pan. Drizzle with more maple syrup. Bake
for 1 hour 20 minutes, carefully stirring every 20 minutes.
