I have never had anything in a Tilia bag go "bad" unless I managed to
pierce the seal through rough rummaging, turning it into just another
plastic wrap.

That chorizo is the record so far. 3 years and 1 month, give or take a
week. And I know I still have a few things from before then lurking in
the bowels of my chest freezer.

There's no way the machine and bags aren't paying for themselves in
saved lossage and reduced store visits and bulk discount.
