My BIL takes a can of aerosol spray, a piece of pvc pipe, a spark plug
and an auto battery and a switch. He shoots it only outside, and over
a field with no human stuff downrange, and blows the potato out the
other end. This is not a toy, but someone forgot to tell the kid
that....
