Default Been washing Calphalon and Wusthof in dishwasher

Bob, I am curious about the IPAC cookware. What type do you prefer
since there are many choices on their website
http://www.ipacitaly.it/prodotti_eng.html and since IMHA I am a huge
SCANPAN fan, I was wondering about the attraction to these products.
Tell me more about the Sitram too if you have time. Thanks, Kate

ps, I never ever wash any pans or knives (other than steak) in my
dishwasher! I guess I will always have dishpan hands!
