Poorly designed survey - after all, "me" is rather meaningless. More
interesting is whether the husband or wife does most of the cooking, or
a child, or the live-in professional chef.

Here, things run very smoothly because I love to cook and do 95% of it
while Maxine would much rather clean up (although she cooks the
occasional Japanese meal).

And if you don't mind a visit from the Grammar Nanny (and even if you do
mind) the second choice should be "I and ..."
