Please define Mexican Food... we have yet to find an agreement on this
question in the forum. I'd say that anything south of the Tropic of Cancer
can be called Mexican Food, and anything anywhere else might be called
whatever you like. Chihuahua Northern, Tex-Mex, Cal-Mex, New Mexico-Mex,
Monterrey-Mex....
