You can feeeze just about anything. However, somethings change drastically
when you do. Sour cream is one of those things. It seperates, turns grainy
and no longer is the rich, creamy item you started with. It will taste close
enough to the original but if the texture is important, don't freeze it. You
would never serve it in a dip, for example, after thawing.
