Stock made with celery comes out with a pleasant saltiness.
I really really really prefer rice cooked in stock.....
but I guess that's just a personal taste. :-)
I do, however, dare you to try it. Just once.
I currently have lots of excess frozen stock on hand and it needs to be
used!
