I love raw green bell peppers too. I love the aromatic flavor and they're
crunchier than celery without the strings. When I'm in full-tilt diet mode
I eat them for in-between meal snacks.

Bell peppers are also mandatory (medium chop) on pizza, imho.

I still use your recipe for stuffed peppers but I use hot Italian sausage
instead of beef. It's definitely stick to your ribs cuisine.
