I have found a few nice recipes from hear as well. One that pops into my
head is Jill's Butternut Squash Soup. I love roasting onions, pears and
apples along with the squash and i add rosemary or sage in the oil that
coats the roasting fruits. And I've taken to adding a small dollop of
sour cream or yogurt on the top before serving. It's a great versatile
soup. One of our favorites now.

I'd love to visit Minneapolis. I have one Internet friend in that area
already and a promise to visit her one day. SO maybe I will take you up
one it :-)
