Infusing Green Tea
Right. It also works the next day if you refrigerate the tea dregs
overnight. By the third cup, put the water up to boiling and steep
longer. In my experience- mainly with sencha- the cup gets sweeter and
more flowery on the second or third steep. I seldom try more than
