Better Butter: Let a stick of butter soften at room temperature. Mix with
equivalent amount of canola oil. Blend until smooth refrigerate. Ba da bing.
All set. Because of the oil, this mixture will soften MORE quickly than pure
butter at room temp, so it can become hard to handle if you're trying to
move some from the container to a frying pan, for instance. So, keep
refrigerated.
