There's a lot to choose from:
Canned
Soups
spam - 0 carbs
salmom - 0 carbs
tuna - 0 carbs
peaches - 11 carbs per cup (packed in water)
asparagus - 3
Most green veggies are low in carbs.
I lot depends on if you can heat stuff up. I keep a couple a cans of sterno
handy.
