The rennet tablets also available in nearly every supermarket around
here. In the UK, I found the liquid rennet more readily available.

I like rennet puddings, but have never used it for making an ice cream
base.

Honey-vanilla rennet pudding is really tasty (the directions are in the
leaflet with the tablets).
