Default Sticking frying pan

Yes. It's not cast iron, it's carbon steel (at least, mine is) but
it's seasoned the same way. I treat mine the same way I treat my cast
iron... occasionally, I'll use a little detergent, but I usually
reseason it a little on the stovetop after each use. Works for me.

Far better than the "nonstick" wok I used to have that lost its teflon
after 6 months... on this I can wok eggs and they don't stick.
