O-cha and hibikian have been mentioned, but there is also Itoen and
Uji.

specialteas, holymtn, and yuzumura are also decent.

I've been enjoying a fairly low priced "Spider Leg Sencha" from
Nicholas Coffee, a local coffee roaster in my area.
