Baked Beans
Ok, here's the data off the can
Serving Size 1/2 Cup:
Total Carbs 28g
Dietary Fiber 8g
Net Carbs 20g
Sugars 3g
Compare that sugar number to most other baked beans with all sorts of
sweeteners added.
Taking some advice from the posters in the other baked beans thread, I made
these beans today with:
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Artificial Smoke flavoring
Worstershire sauce
I left out the sugar free syrup and i've got to say, this was the best I've
had since I'd been using these beans.
