Looks delicious! I have a 4 lb. chuck roast in the freezer; might have to
break that out this weekend. Speaking of freezers (heh) west TN got hit
with sleet and freezing rain in the wee hours this morning. According to
the radio traffic on the Interstates in and around the Memphis area is at a
crawl and the police have closed the Memphis/Arkansas bridges because they
are iced over. Thank goodness I don't have to go anywhere!
