Next time, instead of pizza. It's actually easier to pan fry a steak
than to bake a pizza. Slicing and annointing the potatoes required
more effort, and required an hour and a half in the oven. The steak
only needed about ten minutes each side, and as anyone can see no
fancy schmancy cookware is required, an ordinary ancient Farberware
works fine. And I have more than enough left over to do it again
tonight. I was originally planning on grilling it outside on the
Weber but it was so nice an cozy indoors compared with the 15�F and
windy. But still no snow here.
