Nice clear food photography. The first photograph shows that quanty of
spices you use to be moderate. What spice is on this steak?
The second photograph shows a fine fond developing in the pan. I expect
you made a sauce for this dish, though the third, presentation,
photograph showed no sauce. I would be interested if you would describe
the sauce.
