All those sound great. I guess it's an indication of how very
spoiled I am. In the olden days, carrots were what you had, so
you cooked with them. Now, I'm like ... I have to start planning
my diet around this massive bag of carrots? (laugh) Know what
I mean?

I happen to adore carrot cake. One of my absolute favorites.
