My thanks to you and the other responders. We have potatoes so
infrequently, I hardly know what to do with them anymore. Too little
ham to serve separately. And I agree that the broccoli is better on the
side (what was I thinking?) so I've decided to roast it (no stems on
them) instead. And I'm off to do that right now.... thanks again!
