Unfortunately it likely means it is just another cookie cutter clone
mediocre industrial restaurant. A similar concept chain opened up a few
locations in my area with the same hype that the owners of the original
place had such a great restaurant they had to franchise it. I have been
there a few times with friends and each time we agreed that it was lame
at best. It is hard to beat a good neighborhood taqueria for Mexican food.
