If you are not doing it for something fancy, do what I did last night.
Found the sliced poratbellos and Parmesan cheese in the fridge, cut
some rosemary from one of the bushes in the yard and made a serving
for one. Certainly good enough to try again when I can get some
really fresh mushrooms and some fresh sage.
