They will refund me the $10. I was pleased about that. I didn't
mention the chip as I am pondering it. Shipping it back is so
difficult and I am also wondering if they will have any left to re-
ship after it is received. Of course, the longer I wait, they will
not have any left.
But, I'm wondering about your remark, "it's dangerous to use with that
chip." That concerns me.
I recall so well my experience with Le Creuset and trying to get
replacements for 3 pieces. I posted the pictures previously and as I
recall, many thought I had disrespected (to use a new word) my pots.
Actually I didn't use them any longer because I felt that I had
digested all of the enamel (glass/sand) that had come off into the

I think of it every time someone asks about the Le Creuset.
