A "BANQUET" DIET ?
Occasionally, our local supermarket sells
BANQUET Frozen TV dinners for 88 cents each.
Looking at the label, a typical dinner contains 300 > 350 calories.
It occurs to me that one could eat
one TV dinner for breakfast, another for lunch,
and two TV dinners for supper
and still stay within 1200 > 1500 calories a day.
If you look at only calories, and could stand the monotony,
this should be a workable weight-loss diet
