Only a moron would go-line to fill out that form and wait for
callback when they can pick up the phone and call them directly.

Why fill out a form just to have them call back right after you
get an important call? Sheesh.
I just called, pressed 7 (had you read with comprehension), and
got to speak with someone in under 15 seconds.
I told them I had a return, didn't have an order #, but that my
name was "Sheldon Katz". They said, "Oh yeah. The life-size,
latex Mister T Doll. We've had a lot of complaints about that
one. We'll send you out a UPS Call Tag and credit your account
when we receive it.".
