Using a credit card on line at a secure site is far safer than using a
credit card in person at your neighborhood grocery. Using a credit
card on line is certainly safer than C.O.D. Paying C.O.D is reserved
for buying knock offs/pirated merchandise from street venders... I
mean you know that $5 watch is not a real Rollex
