They all work. I use the hot tea over ice method when I want one glass
in a hurry. Otherwise I put a couple tea bags into a pitcher of cold
water and let it sit a few hours. You can put it in the sun, or not, it
works either way.

I do find that better quality tea makes better quality iced tea. I'm not
keen on Lipton tea bags, for example, they're pretty bitter tasting and
I think they make lousy tea.
