Mayonnaise. Every single thing listed would be good with mayonnaise.
Inner Beauty Hot Sauce. It's a mango-habañero-curry sauce.
Malt vinegar. It's not just for fish & chips.
Béchamel sauce, especially with a bit of nutmeg or Tabasco.
