Glad I am not the only one who thought perhaps they were aiming for
Asparagus mash. I make asparagus (with a bit of balsamic vinegar and EV
olive oi, then some fresh grated parmesean) to go with dinner last night and
only cooked it about 4 minutes and it had a very nice flavor and texture.
Don't think I was to try it cooked into mush.
