Bring all those little condiment packets that are spilling out of your
junk drawer:

Chinese mustard
barbecue sauce
Arby sauce
Horsey sauce
Taco Bell hot sauce
malt vinegar from Long John Silver's
catsup
mustard
honey
red pepper flakes
jelly

Then you can blithely toss whatever you don't use on the trip.
