If making it past 3rd garde is educated, yeah. The man opens his mouth and
he can't string a sentence together. There must be a 1000 documented cases
of it so far. He wouldn't get past being a mail room attendant at a Fortune
500 company.

Then again, maybe he is educated and is just drunk all the time. Either
way, he's a pitiful president. Even his own party has abandoned him.
