Nice job.
I would suggest you slice that pot roast while it's cooled off, hot
pot roast usually just shreds and falls apart into a gloppy stringy
mess. It's not necessary to serve pot raost steaming hot but if you
want to rewarm it rewarm the slices in the gravy.
