Your way is a way to have a breakfast of little-added-fat (because of course
the eggs themselves have plenty of fat) COOKED eggs in under two minutes.
The eggs aren't poached, because YOU DIDN'T POACH THEM. NOW do you get it?
You could call them "Beef Wellington" if you like, you'd be just as wrong.
