I appreciate the suggestion, Jay, but I'm not trying to be a
food photographer, just showing what I cooked. I agree about the
lighting thing, but I still haven't figured out how to get a
picture without the flash, because I still haven't RTFM. And
like I said, it wasn't plated, it was just sitting in a warming
dish. But I'll take your comments as you intended them, without,
um, malice... ;-)
