Very interesting point. Albertsons is one of the few places I can find
decent or fresh lamb in Oklahoma. And while I say fresh, I have no
idea if it's been thawed from somewhere else and sold as fresh.

But, the cryogenically packaged lamb around here is typically from NZ.
I like it just fine.

Then again .... I really love lamb and I don't question where it came
from. Bob can vouch for that. I see lamb, I 'usually' order it. Or he
does and I still get some.

Should I be asking the waitress/waiter where the lamb came from? Would
they know or care? Should I know or care? Dunno .... It's alll good.
