I use my toaster oven daily. Toast my english muffin in the morning,
and since the broiler on my oven doesn't work, I often broil steaks,
chicken or the occasional piece of salmon. It works amazingly well. I
also bake in it, cookies and brownies, etc. They actually come out
better than in my regular (gas) oven because the toaster oven is
electric (yeah, yeah, there's a pattern there - I desperately need a
new oven but I simply can't afford it. I'll have to make do until the
thing disintegrates).

It's an inexpensive Black and Decker (who consistently got the best
overall ratings everywhere I checked) that I got at WalMart for about
$35. I'm really quite pleased with it.
