Same with mayonnaise: east of the Rockies, Hellman's, west of the
Rockies, Best Foods, north of the border, yech. I found out because
my local store got a shipment of Hellman's "Vrai" mayonnaise. I
didn't think much about it (except that the bilingual in the store is
usually Spanish) until I opened the jar and used it. The jar was from
Canada. I called and the person on the phone denied any difference
(probably didn't know), but the ingredient list was different. Now, I
read the label carefully!
