I haven't yet made the copycat Hashbrown Casserole

1 lb. frozen hash browned potatoes
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds colby cheese, shredded
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup

Place frozen hash browns in a lightly greased shallow baking dish. Add
grated Colby cheese, finely diced onion, one can of soup, salt & pepper.
Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.

Bob should love this! LOL
