Real men like rice or potatoes. Swiss steak or baked chicken works
well too. You'll need to know what he likes though. If he's
vegetarian, that changes things.

My practical suggestion is to not think too much about it. Whenever I
plan things very carefully, there is more details and more things to
go wrong. Just a general idea might work best, and then don't spend
hours preparing it. Otherwise you might be frustrated if he only eats
a few bites because he grabbed a candy bar earlier. dkw
