I'd be cautious about fish, if it has lots of little
bones in it -- it can be hard to separate them out at low light
levels, and it's unromantic even in candlelight to have to spit out
a mouthful of food because it contained all these tiny bones.

Spaghetti is iffy because a fraction of people have never
learned how to eat it. Similarly Asian noodles that require
slurping are a bad idea. However, penne or fettucini (perhaps
some fresh fettucini) would be fine. If you do all the prep
work ahead of time, then you only need to take a few minutes
to boil it and serve.
