Well the snow recided finally enough so I could get at and light up the
grill without sitting in a mud puddle...First grilling of the season pork
steak and asparagus...I did the asparagus my favorite way...drizzle them
in oil and sprinkle well with salt, toss; then grill quick and hot (takes
approx 4-6 mins to cook). The pork was just seasoned with salt and pepper
and grilled as I'm trying to redefine what spices I use with pork...both
the food and the grilling were great...nice to get outta the house into
the warmer weather. Nice to go out in shirt sleeves approx 48F here.
