public school system, along with some small federal subsidy per

run a deficit which must be made up by local taxes...

While I support your arguments, generally, I feel you should not
just "rant", but use reality more closely, since as soon as someone
finds a flaw in your reasoning, they ignore your whole statement, and
you have lost a disciple.....
