Goomba38,
That was basically Sheldon's suggestion. I've got quite a few chicken
recipes. I didn't find his dish appreciably more challenging to make or
much more flavorful than my dish.
The onions and spices and some of the rendered chicken fat and juices made
for a delicious dish served over brown rice and leftovers heated and served
with au jus on hoagie rolls for breakfast was also excellent!
Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you don't.
