Having my husband come home from work with a special goodie, usually some
form of seafood, a really good cheese, a decent loaf of bread or
asparagus-sometimes all of the above. When he does this, he's got this
giant, slap-happy grin on his face and makes a whole presentation out of it.
"A gift for my love...." He'll place the shopping bag down, open it up,
and proudly hand me each item saying, "For you." He always gives me
something I love to eat and it makes me feel good that he was thinking of
me. To me, that's love and romance. :~)
